Delivery Information
Carriage
We send all of our packages via Royal Mail, so the delivery times are subject to Royal Mail services and exclude Public/Bank Holidays and Sundays. TedoraCharms cannot be held responsible for any delays to postal services once parcels have been dispatched.
Signature Upon Delivery
Please ensure that you are available to sign for the delivery of the goods and that the address is correct with a full postcode. Once the goods are in the possession of Royal Mail or international postal service, TedoraCharms cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, this includes delays due to inclement weather, misrouting, incorrect delivery addresses and force majeure.
UK Deliveries
Please note if you live in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & or Non-Mainland UK, your order may take longer to be delivered.
International Deliveries
International shipment times will vary depending on your local postal service. All overseas items are sent to International services operated by Royal Mail. From experience, typical times are from 7-14 working days but this can be longer in remote areas.
Deliveries Without Signature
TedoraCharms cannot be held responsible for any orders lost in transit if non-tracked delivery options have been selected by the customer.

If you have selected tracked and signed for deliveries you will be advised of the tracking number by email once the order is despatched.
