Do you offer a gift service?
Yes. If you are ordering items as a gift to be shipped directly to the recipient, we will enclose the items in a gift bag with gift tag.

Can I add a personal message?
Yes. You will be asked automatically during the checkout process if you would like to include a personal message on your gift tag. If you would like a blank greeting card, just refrain from entering your message.

Can you send the gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. You are able to enter a different shipping address.

Do I have to set up a user account in order to buy products?
No, you don’t have to set up an online user account in order to place an order but it does have multiple advantages.
– Speed up online shopping by storing your personal information.
– Add favourite products to your personal Wish List, which can be sent to family and friends.
– View the status of your order online at any time.

Can I order by phone?
No. We regret that our service team cannot process your order over the phone. All orders must be placed directly on our website.

How secure is my payment?
The order process is safe and secure. Once you enter your personal and credit card information, your online purchase will be processed through a secure computer server. The personal information you enter is encrypted to keep it protected while in transit.

Which payment options do you offer?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as methods of payment. Please select the appropriate credit card during the payment process and fill in the required credit card information. Your credit card will only be debited once your order has been confirmed.

We also accept payments made through Paypal.

What are the benefits of a wish list?
Your Wish List may contain up to twenty products that can be saved for later or as gift ideas. You may also send this list to your friends and family.
Items in your Wish List can be purchased at any time by moving them into your Shopping Bag. Please note that the prices of products are subject to change.

How do I know what length of bracelet to order?
When measuring for bracelets, measure tightly where your wrist is broadest and add 2 cm. This will allow enough slack to add beads and fill your bracelet.
When measuring for a leather bracelet we recommend a snug fit as the leather will stretch over time.

Where are Tedora beads manufactured?
All Tedora beads and charms are hand crafted in Italy.

Will Tedora beads fit on other chains?
We have experienced that all our beads except stoppers fit on Pandora, Trollbeads, Chamelia and most other quality brands.

How do I care for my jewellery?
We careful not to get your jewellery in contact with chlorine or bleaches.
We do not recommend that jewellery comes into contact with water.
To clean your beads polish them with a soft polishing cloth. This won’t remove scratches but it will remove everyday dirt. Do not use chemicals.
The beads will oxidize (begin to look black) after contact with oxygen and water, but you can simply polish them back to life with a soft cloth.

What is your warranty policy?
We accept returns on defective products within 12 months from the date of sale or the date of receipt.
General wear and tear is not covered by our Warranty Policy.
Proof of purchase is required for any warranty cases.
